1. Live Oak - Smoaktoberfest - 5.8% abv
Smoaktoberfest is a smoked version of our fall classic, Oaktoberfest. Using beechwood-smoked barley malt, this lager is cloaked in a pleasant balance of smoke, malt and hops. Noble hops offer a balancing bitterness enveloped in the flavor and aroma of beechwood smoked. After fermentation with Bavarian lager yeast, the beer undergoes an extended lagering period to round out its character and mellow into a clean, smoky finish. Oâzapft Is!
2. Live Oak - HefeWeizen - 5.3% abv
Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, HefeWeizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with an ample volume of wheat malt and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla throughout this effervescent brew. A traditional interpretation of a classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian beer is perfectly at home here in Texas..
3. Roughhouse - Ona - 6.3% abv
Meaning "she" in Polish, Ona is named after Great Grandma Mary Pasternak, a hardworking immigrant from Poland who raised nine ornery children. With a malty, caramel body, the beer is completely dry with hints of cherryâa nod to those that Mary used to grow in her garden.
4. Deschutes - Black Butte - 5.5% abv
This is the beer that started it all. With notes of rich chocolate and coffee, a luscious creaminess and a roasted finish, Black Butte Porter doesn't only have fansâ it has followers. Tastings, pairings, gatheringsâ there's nothing this classic can't do.
5. Saint Arnold - Pumpkinator 2024 - 10.3% abv
Pumpkinator is a big, black, full of spice, full of flavor beer. Originally released in 2009 as Divine Reserve No. 9, it is an imperial pumpkin stout and our answer to how a pumpkin beer ought to taste. It is brewed with a combination of pale two row, caramel and black malts, Cascade and Liberty hops for a background hop flavor, pumpkin for a rich mouthfeel, molasses, brown sugar, spices and dry-spiced to make it feel like you just walked into your momâs kitchen while she was cooking 37 pumpkin pies. It is the most expensive beer we have brewed.
6. Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country - 5.9% abv
When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients werenât available and the science didnât exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesnât linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesnât blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. Itâs so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome.
7. Real Ale - Green Screen - 6.5% abv
Cascade wet hops provide bright notes of citrus and pine, balancing an IPA with a luscious, medium-bodied malt backbone. This riff on a classic IPA uses modern hop harvesting innovations to transport the drinker to the unique aromas of the hop harvest, anytime of the year.
8. Jester King- Ghost Cannon - 8.5% abv
Draw a salt ring and step inside before cracking into this intensely hopped Double IPA kettle hopped with Freestyle's Mega Terps blend, dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe Hyperboost, then dry hopped again with New Zealand Nectaron and Motueka Hop Kief. The Mega Terps blend incorporates the Thiol-boosting Phantasm powder, giving Ghost Cannon its name.
9. Zilker - Andy's Beer - 4.8% abv
Light-medium bodied, dry, and crisp. Slight malt sweetness, crisp up front bitterness that precedes the floral, peppery hop notes.
10. Prost Alehouse X Spokesman Coffee - El Amaru - 5.8% abv
Brewed with Peruvian coffee beans in collaboration with our friend @spokesmancoffee. This crisp, clean, light amber lager features hints of chocolate eclair, toffee and amaretto notes.
11. Brewtorium - Hard Case - 5.7% abv
A Hard Case is a funny, witty or strangely silly person in New Zealand slang, and this weird IPA disguised as a lager features a healthy dry hopping of Motueka, Nelson & Pacific Sunrise hops, making this beer sing with notes of white wine, pine resin & pineapple.
12. Equal Parts - Pilsner ReĆĄov - 4.6% abv
Our Czech-style Pils, Pilsner ReĆĄov (pronounced âRezh-ovâ) is poured from our authentic Czech Lukr Tap. Brewed with Prostejov Czech Pilsen Malt and Saaz Hops, Pilsner ReĆĄov has a crisp, floral and old-world spicy nose, a lush breadiness on the palate, an ultra-clean finish and a rich milky head.
13. Bayou City Hemp - Lil' Bit Cherry Limeade - 3mg THC (12oz pour)
This low-dose THC seltzer is quite refreshing. It has a zesty lime & sweet cherry flavor. With only 2mg of Hemp-derived THC per 8oz, it is the perfect amount to keep it chill, and for the seasoned cannabinoid aficionados, you can have a Lil Bit more to get you where you want to be.
14. Zilker - Great Company - 5.5% abv
FRUIT: Blueberry, Plum, Pineapple, Pink Guava. FLAVOR: Tart, but with a fruity sweetness that almost equals it. Lots of pineapple from beginning to end. Again the guava seems to boost the pineapple character and overall tropical fruit presence.
15. Texas Keeper - Auguste Cerise - 8.9% abv
Our take on a fruited cider - a blend of four apple varieties aged 6 months on lees and then double fermented with sour cherries. We finished the cider dry to bring out the complexity of the cherries and avoid the pitfalls of too-sweet cherry ciders. The result is a cider with honeyed cherry on the nose, ripe apricot and nectarine on the palate, and a gentle, tart finish.
16. Texas Keeper - No. 1 - 7.5% abv
Texas Keeper No. 1 is our flagship cider. Itâs crafted from 3-12 apple varieties fermented individually and blended to build a well-balanced, dry cider with notes of ripe pear and melon, subtle rosewater and honeysuckle, with a crisp green apple finish. We ferment the apple varieties in small lots (~300 gallons) on heavy lees to increase fermentation nutrition and add complexity. We try our hardest to keep the ferments cool during fermentation with temperatures peaking at 56F. This cool, long fermentation helps preserve delicate fruit esters. No oak is generally used â we wanted to present the delicacy of the fruit. The ferments for No.1 are racked off heavy lees following fermentation and aged for at least six months on light lees with occasional batonnage. We allow the lots to go through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, which helps soften and broaden the palate of the final blend. The cider is unfiltered in order to keep as much of the complexity intact. We feel a light carbonation best suits Texas Keeper No. 1. It is our example of what we feel great cider should taste like.
17. Saint Arnold - Rootbeer
Non-Alcoholic, Gluten Free, Vegan. Big, sweet, flavorful and old-fashioned!Saint Arnold Root Beer is made with Imperial Cane Sugar (absolutely no high fructose corn syrup) and lots of yummy (but secret) flavorings.
