1. Meanwhile - Winter Sour - 4.7% abv
Spice up the season with our new Winter Sour- heaps of cranberry are enhanced by the tart beer and balanced by fruity orange zest. Judicious application of cinnamon provides a pleasant balance without going over the top.
2. Live Oak - Smoaktoberfest - 5.8% abv
Smoaktoberfest is a smoked version of our fall classic, Oaktoberfest. Using beechwood-smoked barley malt, this lager is cloaked in a pleasant balance of smoke, malt and hops. Noble hops offer a balancing bitterness enveloped in the flavor and aroma of beechwood smoked. After fermentation with Bavarian lager yeast, the beer undergoes an extended lagering period to round out its character and mellow into a clean, smoky finish. O’zapft Is!
3. (512) - Nut Brown - 5.3% abv
Our 7th Anniversary release is a Nut Brown Ale brewed with bready English malts and water carefully adjusted to enhance and accentuate their hidden flavors. At 5.3% ABV and a little drier than sweet, this beer hits you with pronounced aromas and flavors of fresh roasted nuts, toffee, caramel and toast. Light and flavorful, the beer has medium carbonation, medium body and a clean finish that begs for another sip. After the first release as Seven, look for it again as (512) Nut Brown
4. Sierra Nevada - Celebration - 6.8% abv
Freshly picked hops, rushed from farm to brewery, fill Celebration IPA with powerful citrus and pine flavors. When you’re on the slopes with friends or building a backyard campfire for the fam, you need a beer as fresh as fallen snow. Pure hops, balanced with rich caramel malt, make this a celebration in every sip.
5. Hold Out + OMF = Latitude - 7.4% abv
Reboot of a collab with OMF Brewing out of Denver. Look for perfectly pillowed notes of pineapple, coconut, ripe tropical fruit & cedar.
6. Pinthouse + Green Cheek - Dino Snacks - 10.5% abv
An evolution of the perennial fan-favorite collab “Emilio” with our pallys™ at Green Cheek Beer Co., this Hazy TIPA serves up Jurassic-level juice vibes: pineapple, tropical fruit cocktail, stone fruit, and a splash of citrus with a cheeky hint of diesel. Brewed with a next-level hop lineup of Citra, Galaxy, Nelson CGX, and Krush Cryo, alongside our bold British Ale Yeast, it delivers that pillowy, fruity finish you crave.
7. Meanwhile + Pinthouse - Big Ups - 6.5% abv
A super crispy, insanely delicious West Coast IPA with the hop masters over at Pinthouse seemed like the perfect way to celebrate four years. Loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic and Riwaka this one will have you ready to party.

8. Vista + Good Line - Road Trip - 6.3% abv
Road trips are a time-honored tradition for friends, family, or anyone just needing to get away. This is the second release in our collaboration IPA series, and our buds from Good Line Beer Co road tripped all the way from Lubbock, Texas to the ranch here in Driftwood. This brew captures the essence of friendship, adventure and fond memories. Can a beer be malty and juicy at the same time?! We say YES! This modern take on the black IPA uses one of our favorite hops, Riwaka, for a burst of pink grapefruit. Chocolate malt gives this beer a nice, dark and roasty base with the aroma giving deceiving citrus notes. Orange zest flavors marry perfectly with light roast and notes of chocolate, finishing dry and bitter. Pairs perfectly with your favorite road trip candy bar or a nice warm bowl of West Texas

10. Equal Parts - Loggerbier - 4.9% abv
A classic German Pils made to adhere to the German Reinheitsgebot beer purity laws. This beer uses only imported German pilsen malt, German noble hops, and German lager yeast. The beer is naturally carbonated using a spunding apparatus that retains the carbon dioxide generated from fermentation and keeps it in solution in the beer. The result is a very complex, but insanely crispy and refreshing lager with a nice hop bite and a slightly lemony nose.

12. Jester King - Nani?! - 4.8% abv
NANI?! is inspired by the restrained and highly drinkable rice lagers of Japan. Soft aromatics of jasmine rice and Sorachi Ace hops lead into a crisp and quenching lager. It features filtered Hill Country well water and fermentation with brewers' yeast. Unpasteurized.
13. Bayou City Hemp - Howdy Paloma - 2.5mg THC (12oz pour)
HOWDY Paloma is quite refreshing. Bubbly, sweet and herbaceous; add some THC — what’s not to like? Our Paloma is perfect to be paired with your favorite Tex-Mex, a hot day at beach or patio sippin’.
14. Zilker - Jam Man - 8.5% abv
FRUIT: Blackberry, Blueberry, Concord Grape, Sweet Cherry, Black Currant. FLAVOR: Tart and sweet juiciness up front. Sweet cherry and concord grape come first. Blackberry creates a firm base, providing tartness and a thick berry essence.
15. City Orchard - Lavender Royale - 6.2% abv
Bliss out with this unique blend of culinary apples, steeped with lavender from the Texas Hill Country and balanced with local Texas honey. Soft floral notes on the nose and a warm honey richness run through this refreshing cider.
16. Texas Keeper - Cider Noir - 7.4% abv
Cider Noir is our herald of winter and it is back for your cozying, merrymaking pleasure. Multiple lots of American heirloom apples, double-fermented with extra dark Belgian Candi and steeped with pecans. Belgian Candi, made from beet and date sugar, is a classic component of Dubbel and Trippel Ales. 50% of the cider was aged in cognac, Chardonnay, port, bourbon and rum barrels for 2 years. Dark fruit and coffee notes from the candi combine with ripe pear characteristics from the apples, and the extended aging rounded the stout cider out with complexity and depth.
17. Saint Arnold - Rootbeer
Non-Alcoholic, Gluten Free, Vegan. Big, sweet, flavorful and old-fashioned!Saint Arnold Root Beer is made with Imperial Cane Sugar (absolutely no high fructose corn syrup) and lots of yummy (but secret) flavorings. The cane sugar gives it a sweetness and mouthfeel that cannot be achieved through corn syrup. The flavors explode in your mouth. The only way to improve on our Root Beer is to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
